He is now on a quest to find the seven lost pieces of the Rod of Seven Parts.  Within the vampire captain Ranaldo's tower, Sardis was slain but brought back by Idria as she mixed blood with demonic bath salts.  This resulting tincture has given Sardis a new chaotic twist:  He transforms into a powerful demonic creature when his rage overtakes him.
